For classrooms
A lecturer signs in to the Faculty Portal from any browser and organises material into folders exactly as they would on a laptop: readings by week, assignments by section, past papers in their own shelf. Each folder gets a short code the lecturer shares however they already communicate: on a slide, in a group message, written on the board.

Public Vault
Quick access
For a file that only needs to exist for a few minutes: no account, no password, just a code generated on the spot. Upload from a phone, get a code back, and print or hand off that code to someone else standing at the kiosk. Built for the moment right before a meeting or a class, not for anything meant to last.
Private Vault
Personal storage
A password-protected space for files someone reprints often: a resume, a recurring form, a thesis chapter still being edited. Set a password once, and the same files are ready at any EarlyPrints kiosk without uploading them again each time.
